Shot in Las Vegas, this Canadian Betty was an absolute angel to work with! Our rapport leading up to this session was nothing short of enthusiastic and when it came time to meet for the first time at this session, we were both just so excited to finally be working together. She's gorgeous, that's obvious to me. But to capture her in a way where she can feel the same, is the only thing I can ask for and I am so happy to have accomplished.

It's a love-love relationship when you have friends who are photographers. This gorgeous gal was the talent that shot my wedding and I was equally excited to capture these images for her! Um, yes, she should definitely be in front of the camera just as much as she is behind it!

This session is so very special to me. I absolutely love the way boudoir allows women to see themselves in such a different light than everyday life. It takes A LOT for women to be comfortable in front of a camera in everyday clothes, let alone wearing intimates. The betty here never thought this was something she would do but wanted to give her man a very big surprise for the holidays... and leave him in complete confusion as to why she wanted to borrow his favorite hat and beat up shirt for a day! She overcame her hesitation and went for it. Through great conversation the whole session long, a friendship was created. After we finished, I told her she'll have an extra kick in her step leaving the session knowing what she had accomplished. I loved hearing this...

"Well, I am speechless! First, I want to say thank you because that was such a great experience! You were so kind and patient with me that I really felt comfortable. After looking at the photos that you just sent, I am literally in tears. I don't have the words to describe how pretty you have made me feel. Just like you said, I just got some extra pep in my step ; ). You are an amazing photographer and those pictures are great because of you."

A few months ago, I got together for a creative shoot with some of my favorite Reno photographers/friends and these are the images that resulted. Shooting with Brittni is always a pleasure since she is a total natural in front of the camera. What's great is that in between all these sultry shots, there was plenty of laughing and joking around which, in the end, yields the most stunning pictures. I literally had over 100 favorite shots from this session!

I am so thrilled to launch this new area of my portfolio! Like every other category of photography, boudoir portraiture has many facets. To me, boudoir should celebrate a woman's connection to feeling beautiful and sexy. Each woman has her own intimate beauty, which is what I ultimately aim to capture!
